Judit Helenyi appointed new Director Investor Relations at SBO

The ATX-listed SBO AG has appointed Judit Helenyi (51) as its new Director Investor Relations. She has been working more than 20 years in capital market communications across leading Austrian companies and is one of the country’s most experienced IR experts.

Helenyi most recently worked as Director Investor Relations at Semperit AG Holding, a position she held since 2019. Prior to that, she headed the Investor Relations department of Flughafen Wien AG for eight years. Helenyi, a native Hungarian began her career at OMV AG, where she worked for four years in Group Controlling before moving into the Investor Relations team and serving as an IR Manager for seven years. This background provides her with in-depth industry experience in both the energy and industrial sectors, as well as extensive expertise in all aspects of capital market communications.

Judit Helenyi holds a degree in Business Administration from the Vienna University of Economics and Business (WU Wien) and additional qualifications including the Certified Investor Relations Officer program of the German Investor Relations Association (DIRK) and an international management training program. Since 2017, she has been a board member of the Austrian Investor Relations Association CIRA.
