Offering material testing, CNC turning, milling, and heat and surface treatments, we are a one-stop shop for fully finished 3D components. From consultation to feasibility studies, prototyping, and series production, our competence centers for additive manufacturing supports projects at every stage. Our 3D printers can produce small and large metal components up to 600 mm in diameter and 550 mm in height, tailored to meet the most demanding requirements. Our 3D printing capabilities have been certified for space and aerospace usage, underlining our high quality standards.

Premium Quality Printing Powders

We print with a wide range of printing powders, tailored to the specific application, including CP1, Inconel 718, titanium alloys and many more.

De-powdering

We deliver premium quality through precise removal of powder residues and guarantee short processing times thanks to full automation. The recovered powder is recycled and thus contributes to sustainability.

Wire-Cutting

Thanks to five CNC-controlled axes, our wire-cutting machines ensure precise separation of the printed object from the printing plate with precise contours up to a diameter of 800 mm. Our patented technology is particularly suitable for thin-walled and filigree components.

Finishing

The processing machines from SBO enable a fitting accuracy in the range of two to three hundredths of a millimeter and machining on all sides in order to achieve the required surface quality, e.g. for sealing surfaces. Perfectly designed for the post-processing of 3D printed components.
