Dividend

SBO‘s dividend policy targets a 30-60% payout ratio of net earnings, as a key priority in our aim for a balanced capital allocation.

At the Annual General Meeting held on 30 April 2026, a resolution was passed to pay a dividend of EUR 0.75 per share entitled to dividend for the financial year 2025. This corresponds to a dividend yield of 2.8% and a payout ratio of 50%.
